The location
New Morning is a Parisian music nightclub that opened in 1981, specialising in jazz and blues. Its concerts are often featured on Mezzo TV, a French tv channel dedicated to classical, jazz and world music. Iconic artists like Prince and Bob Dylan also played here.
The performance
The JammJam is a mass collaboration between the best musicians and artists in the world, cross genre, and cross culture. And in this case, it´s four headline artists with several supporting. Set up in the round, facing in, with the crowd surrounding the performers, creating a one-of-a-kind musical interaction.
The line up
A big band composed of four headliners and several supporting artists, who each performed on stage. We are excited to see and feel what MonoNeon from Memphis, Tennessee alongside the legendary trumpeter Ibrahim Maalouf, guitarist Isaiah Sharkey and Grammy award winning drummer Larnell Lewis have created live in front of the Parisian crowd.

Dywane Thomas Jr, also known as MonoNeon, is an American bassist and experimental musician from Memphis, Tennessee. One of the last musician to work with Prince, he won a Grammy Award in 2020 for participating in Nas' album “King´s Disease”.

Ibrahim Maalouf
In 17 albums, Ibrahim Maalouf has gone from being the winner of the world's greatest international classical trumpet competitions to the most popular jazz artist on the French music scene. He worked with everyone, from Jon Baptiste to Quincy Jones, Angelique Kidjo and Sting.

Larnell Lewis
Larnell Lewis is a Grammy Award winning musician, composer, producer, and educator. Based in Toronto, has established himself among the most diverse and in-demand drummers in the world. He is also a Professor of Music at Humber College, Canada’s most respected institution for post-secondary music education.

Isaiah Sharkey
Born in Chicago, Isaiah was introduced to music at the age of four. In 2009, Isaiah started working with artist D'Angelo on his third album, Black Messiah, which won the 2015 Grammy Award for Best R&B Album. After that he toured the world with artists such as John Mayer, Paul Simon and many others.
